Does anyone have a legal license no longer in use (and not upgraded obviously) to sell?

I need to split a server being shared by two departments. They won't be on the same network (not sure if that would work anyway), but they'd rather have it on the up and up. FM8 migration is not slated to happen anytime soon, so FMI can't help.
