My wife's PT clinic does all patient docs by hand. I'm looking for a solution that provides input forms with dropdowns and checkboxes, and can print a report that is formatted exactly like their current reports (hospital and medicare prescribed formats). Some freetext entry is inevitable. I'm imagining an iPad in the room with the patient and wireless printer in the other room. The hospital does not support a larger network with EMR. This would have to be a local network only just to support the printing of reports.
