Does anyone know of a Filemaker solution that will create the necessary XML documents to enable one to become an IRS "Reporting Agent", allowing one to submit various IRS returns electronically directly to the IRS (without an intermediary)? [see IRS publication 3823.] I would like to do this without using Commerical Off-the-Shelf software (COTS).
