I had Filemaker Server v.13 running without problems, including WebDirect on a Mac running OS 10.8. However, I decided to install Mavericks (10.9) and now I can't get the Admin Console to launch.

I shut down the server prior to updating the OS, and the OS installation seemed to go fine, and the machine did the automatic restart.   I can see that FM Server has auto-restarted too and is hosting the databases fine.  (They are accessible via FM Pro > Open Remote...).  However, I can't get the FM Server Console to launch, either locally or from a remote machine.  Also WebDirect is no longer working.   In both cases I get a 503 error, "Service Temporarily Unavailable" in the web browser.   A port scan on the server machine shows port 16000 is open, but not 16001.

Any ideas?

Oops.  I spoke too soon.  Uninstalling the old server, and reinstalling seems to have fixed things.
