After upgrading my OS X server from 10.9.1 to 10.9.2, instant web publishing stopped working. The solution is described here: http://fmforums.com/forum/topic/90739-getting-filemaker-server-12-web-publishing-engine-wpe-working-on-macosx-109-mavericks/
