April 11, 201411 yr I was under the impression that you could only use third-party applications to sync. Such as the ones from 360 works and a couple of others that I'm not handed to my memory at the moment. Just a few hours ago FileMaker updated few of the technical documents, and one I want to link here in particular has to do with syncing. So was wondering if anyone has already read it if it serves as the basis for third party applications or if one can just go out and try to sync on their own. https://fmdev.filemaker.com/servlet/JiveServlet/download/3838-1-39099/ios_sync_fm13_en.pdf
April 11, 201411 yr You can certainly roll your own sync. The products form 360works and SeedCode just save you the time in return for a small price. Rolling your own may cost you more in billable hours.

And when it fails, data could be scrambled or broken. So unless you really know what you are doing, best to use a process honed by an expert. :-)
