Specific record cannot be found using Quick Find

I am unable to find one specific record using Quick Find, but can find this same record using a standard field search.  I can find all other records that I search for using Quick Find.

Any suggestion for a fix please?

I would suggest you let us know the exact contents of that "one specific record" and what your exact search criteria are. Otherwise you are asking us to guess.
