Does FileMaker can create a Queuing System?

For sure you could. How exactly would depend on your requirements.

Thanks for the response Olger. But however, what do you mean about this?

A "queuing system" is a very generic thing.  So it depends on your exact requirements as to how you would make it work.

Things like:

- how does something get added to the queue?

- what determines the priority order of the items in the queue?

- what is the logic that determines what counter gets a ticket (is it assigned automatically, does the counter person pick one,..)

- what do you do when someone does not show up when their queue spot is called (and do you want to build reports of those stats)

- how / where does the queue need to be displayed (actual infrastructure,...)
