Where does this "admin" come from?

When a user is active and I'm trying to close the database manager, I get the message below. The problem is that Christy Lynch's Privilege Set isn't admin. That privilege set is turned off. Her Privilege Set is Editors (second screenshot).

I didn't get a screen shot, but a little later, the same thing happened with a different user, but it was presented as "Steph (Steph Appell)". Where is the first word coming from?

the name of the computer, 

FileMaker > Preferences > User Name 

Perhaps she is logged in to an System Account called "admin" 

If she only ever uses that computer you can choose other and enter her name. 

Are you sure it’s not a script triggered on commit?
