Help Me !!!!!

I use FM5.5 to publish by web on my network a base of given on 8 stations.

I have tested FM7, because it has more possibility on Web interface but unfortunately it is limited has 5 stations whereas FM5.5 authorizes up to 10 stations, why this regression in the new version of filemaker?:

I do not hope to use FMSERVER for only 8 stations , because I must also change my system , Windows 2000 pro to Windows 2000 server for extend the Web publication from 5 to 10 stations.

how to make to extend the user number without using FMSERVER.
