window title doesn't change within script/subscrpt

goto related works fine with a calculated value such as [ c_customer_full_ name} but for some reason when trying to create a simple navigation script such as

Go to Record/Request[next]

(followed by)

Set Window Title [Current Window,New Title:customer::c_customer_full_name]

(subscript labled "name window)

the title doesn't change ?

if I call the same script "name window" just after Go to Record/Request[next] the title changes
