I'm trying to import FileMaker database into Microsoft Access (using ODBC driver DataDirect SequeLink 5.4). But all records with ANY numeric field with decimal number - are non-readable by Access (showing message as 'truncated data by decimal value data'). Altough I have reduced (rounded) original decimal numbers to just two digits (X.XX).

Please if anybody knows what to do.

You shouldn't be having any problems, I have done this sucessfuly using both linked tables and a direct ODBC import, without any problems. The DataDirect SequeLink 5.4 ODBC driver is fairly basic and its functionality may be enhanced by the use of some outside second party source, but a plug-in is certainly not required to do what your asking. I am running WinXP, FMP7 and MSOfficeXP.

Please post some more details regarding your procedure, or even attach a striped-down copy of your FM file. I'm sure this can be worked out.

Best regards,
