How do you clean out the "most recent" file? Mine is getting cluttered. I have downsized it to show only last 2 entries. I wanta to clean it our because I am getting duplicates.

Nobody answered until now, so I think I'm not the only one not understanding your request:

What do you mean by "most recent file"?

What do you want to clean out?

What kind of duplicates are you getting?

Give us some more information about your database, and I'm sure someone will be able to help you.

When you click on "File", "Open Recent" (Oops!), a list pops up. I am doing testing on nemerous databases and "Open Recent" in getting cluttered.

Ah...that is a preference setting. You can turn it off and back on to clear the list completely AND you can control how many files are shown at one time by changing the number displayed (believe the default is 10)
