Im trying to add an incrementing number to a header in a table layout? any suggestions?

When will the number increment?

every delivery list that i print out....not sure how that will work out...maybe every time i switch to my 'delivery list' layout screen.....make sense?

You could just have a field that increments every time you run a script either to print some layout, or to go to some layout. Then just place that field on the header.
