Can more than one instance of filemaker be open in windows and filemaker 7.0 ?

I would like to open two instances of filemaker, one for each project I wrote. The customer would be able to close one with the "Exit Application" script easily without affecting the other. Customer could switch between them with ALT-TAB easily. Much more effective than worrying about switching between windows, or leaving pieces of a project open when it should have closed.

Any ideas?
