Can anyone help me with the Remote Kerrnal? I have a database that I have converted and beefed up for rollout. Some of the files were FM 6 and 5, I converted and cleaned them up in FM 7 had them working perfectly.

I then installed FM 7 on an OSX machine,

I found the files on a client machine, I can open the files. however I cannot modify the records. I am told the remote kernal may be bad. any suggestions?

I am also shy now to work too much in fm 7 not knowing when the kernal is going to be good or bad.

Please help - I have 100's of hours in this project.
