multiple entries one field

Hi Guys, need a little help. I have a table with 8 fields, the first is what we call location numbers, the second is employee names. There are a multiple employees assigned to many of the locations. I need to show all employees in one field "maybe a portal" by location. I want to link this information to another table, if you can help with the employee part., i can do the rest. Please Help!!!

you cannot combine location and employee in the same table. Assumming one location can have many employees and one employee can be in many location, you have to create 3 tables: Employee, Location, and Location_Employee

The Location_Employee table is used to link Employee and Location Table. If one employee is in only one location, you will not need to create the Location_Employee table. You will only need to create 2 tables: Employee and Location and link 'em together.
