Very noobie question here.

I have a table called purchase_invoices which is bound to a data entry layout (Purchase order entry), on this layout I would like to place a button which would list all records in a new laylout. I only wish to list certain fields and each record must be in a single row with the next record below etc.

I do not wish to do this as a report as I would like to add some addition functionality like click on button to go to selected record in original layout.

Any ideas would be welcome.
