Running Totals

Featured Replies

I have created an asset tracking database which I need to create a report for. I have a table containing an entry for each asset no, the equipment type that it is and the make and model. I then have a second table containing an entry for each asset tracking entry. This includes a field for the date of the movement and a field with radio buttons containing 6 options for the location of the movement.

What I require is a report telling me the totals of a particular type of equipment, make and model which are deployed, tested etc (the options of my 6 locations) at any one time.

The report would have to take into consideration where a particular piece of equipment was at that time, i.e. reference the date as there can be many entries for each asset no. as it moves locations.

Hope I have explained this clearly enough. confused.gif

Can anyone help? Thanks in advance.
