Auto Enter from Second DB

Heya,

I have a database that tracks tasks. Our SQL server holds employee info, but I've imported all of this into another DB.

This second DB has the fields Last Name, First Name, Employee Code, Office, and Extension.

I would like to pick, from a list that shows last name, first name, and when I make the selection, I want to see the code, the office and the extension get filled into the appropriate fields on the tasks DB.

I've been able to create the drop down list, with last name/ first name, but haven't been able to get the other fields filled in when I make a selection.

Again, I'm a newbie at FMP, please be gentle.
