I am relatively new to FM database development, but find the best way of progressing is by asking the experts! . I am currently using Filemaker 6 and have bought the upgrade to 7, but have also bought Recruiter 1.1. I have not installed either as I am not sure that Recruiter 1.1 is compatible with FM 7? Can someone pls advise me? Since Recruiter 1.1 was just released I figure it might be compatible, but the specs still say FM6? Does anyone know if they are gonna release another version this year?

The Applications that are marked with the red 7-dot are compatible with 7. The others will follow shortly I would assume.

In the meantime you can convert the 6-version to 7. Changes are you'll need to make some changes to make sure the functionality in 7 is exactly as in 6. Just as any other 6-to-7 migration it is best tackled with the help of MetaDataMagic.
