How are folks scriptng startup and shutdown of FMP to allow for nice clean retrospect (or other) backups of their fmp7 files?

if u have FM server, it can backup for u automatically. otherwise, Save a copy as would do too.

It's not very hard to script the closing of FMP using AppleScript or VBscript but you have no control or way of checking if all the files are indeed closed properly or to kick stray users off.

Using FMS you can do all that.

wondered if anyone had generated a timed script. I guess I could kick it off with cron.
