graphical glitches in 7.0v3??

I am getting really frustrated with the graphical "drag" in layout mode. It doesn't matter whether the graphic is a jpg, png, etc. Sometimes it leaves a permanent overlay when it is moved around, sometimes it is fine. Sometimes it will let me put a graphic on top of another graphic, sometimes it won't. I am not trying to do anything transparent. Copy and pasting doesn't resolve the issue. The problem is totally inconsistent--even using the same graphic, one day it will work fine, then the next day it starts all over again.Is this a problem for anyone else or am I cracking up? I am finding it hard to pin point a technique that doesn't make interface design a big pain in the you know what. Is this a glitch in filemaker 7?
