BrentHedden Posted April 20, 2005 Posted April 20, 2005 I beleive that 8 terabyte limit is for each file, correct? I would have no way of actually testing that out. Few individual people would have that kind of drive capacity, but it's good to know - sounds very impressive to a potential client. This is great especially for Multimedia type of projects, where graphics and/or video can take up a lot of space.
overrider Posted April 21, 2005 Posted April 21, 2005 i would recommend against storing multimedia files directly in a filemaker database. rather store a link to the file. many people have recommended against it in the past, mainly for performance reasons
