This is a bit off topic ---sorry-- but I couldn't guess at where else to put this.

I've built quite a few Filemaker solutions... mostly simple solutions.. but lately, I've started to tackle some more complicated systems. Now I'm embarking upon a pretty complicated system, but my assistant will be the head programmer... and she's not very experienced. I need to manage the entire development process.. but have never managed the solution development process before.. I've always winged it.

I need to set deadlines, make sure I'm considering everything I should, and am totally clueless as to how to manage the process in a professional manner.

Could anyone offer some advice or point me to some good literatutre or sample files or documents :
