I'd like to pose a question to the user when he logs out of the filemaker database I've made.

I'd like the question to show in a dialog box or a new layout,

and then have the default choice selected after 7 seconds if the user does not make a choice..

it would be great to show a countdown of the seconds as well.

Is this possible ? ;)-)
