English Help Files are missing

"English Help Files are missing. Please use installer to install the language package" is the message. I have almost six hours on the problem including FM8, but the help files remain "missing." I have removed all, reinstalled all and I am getting results. [color:red]Can anyone PLEASE help me?Fred
