I designed a very useful little database that kept track of the Properties, Owners, Tenants. This information was great in the beginning but now we would like to keep track of tenant payments, security deposits and also add a module of Work Orders for the maintenance.

I have a tab with the tenant information on it and would like to have on that same tab information about their payments. Just not sure where to start.

I have included a sample of the database, so far as I have.
