I am using FMP 7 Developer and sometimes, but not always, when I place the cursor in a text field, it appears one, or sometimes two, characters to the right of where I want it. But if I start to type or delete, the actual changes will occur one or two characters to the left of where the cursor appears to be. (This is the kind of little glitch that can really fry your brain when you don't have much to run on anyway!)

Has anyone else run into this problem and is there a fix for it available somewhere?

FM7/8 requires anti-aliasing to properly space text. Go into System Preferences->Appearance, and change the Font Smoothing off setting to "8" and lower. That should work if you don't have 8 point text in your fields.
