Has anyone built a web enabled bug & feature tracker for verticle market applications (FM 7 or higher)?

What I want it to do:

1) Allows end users to submit bugs/feature requests via the web to FM backend

2) Notifies administrator via email of new requests

2) Allows administrator to assign requests to a developer

3) Notifies developer via email of assigned tasks with web link to request

4) Tracks request status

5) Tracks request development time

6) Notifies user of resolution

7) Should handle multiple deployed solutions

8) Should be easy to submit from within deployed solutions, i.e. I can add a simple scripted button to my solution to open url to the bug/feature tracker and pass the solution name, file, layout and possibly account name to auto fill portions of the request.

I've heard good things about mantis, although I haven't used it myself. It's not FileMaker-based, but may be worth a look. It's free!
