Newbies Rosewood Posted October 13, 2006 Newbies Posted October 13, 2006 I am working in version 4.0. We have a catalog for print and I need to make an index. There are 3 fields for the index- the last of the three is a physical page number. I did not create the DB, but the code for the page number is ##- which does not show up on the list of available fields when I am making up my index. Is there: 1. a way to number the pages and have the field available for indexing in 4.0? 2. a way to do the same in a more recent version of FileMaker Pro? 3. a 3rd party software that will achieve the same results?
Osman Posted October 18, 2006 Posted October 18, 2006 I have a indexing solution for filemaker 7+. It may be applied on older versions. You can contact me for further information: osmancabi{at}gmail[dot]com
