Contact management / sync to pda

I am a small business owner and have used FM for about 10 yrs. I would like to set appt's in a calender (Name, address, phone #, comments, etc.) which could then be moved to an FM database for further mailings, etc. I am also a Mac person and sync my appt's to my palm treo 700. Would appreciate any help.
