Giving a little more information may help you out here.

Are you in real estate sales or real estate management? The trust requirements are vastly different.

Sales is pretty much a one time entry in and a one time entry out or at worst a series of deposits in and one entry out on closing. Someone could probably built it fairly cheaply.

Management is a whole other story, with all expenses and all incomes being handled in trust for the property owner. You are into much more of a book keeping system with audit tracks etc.

Thanks for your advice. Well our company does both actually, ie Sales and Rental (which includes property management).

Hence I would assume that it is not so simple as you have mentioned due to property management factor.
