Tour Assembling and Quoting database

Featured Replies

Hi everybody,

I am working for a small size tour operator in Asia with very limited sofware solutions. (no back office, all quotations are done in Excel etc etc). Now I am looking for a database which is able to assemble tours with ad ons like hotels, optional programs, transport etc all the way to a quoting feature, where I am able to manually set the profit range. Would be great, if the database has also back office functions like billing, invoicing, tour descriptions (manual imput) and record keeping. I am not at that stage, that I can design a thing like that myself. Anyone has an idea?}:( Tnx a lot in advance.

i may be able to assist you since i support 2 uk based tour companies. although their systems are different they are both similar to what you are seeking. do you have a budget and detailed specification, please?

regards

mike

Howdy. Tnx for your reply. Please check out: http://www.irissystems.biz/toures.html. This is something in the direction, what I am looking for with the exeption, that the one I need has to be able to assemble tours, hotels in various classifications and categories with pre-set profit margin. I am not sure, it this thing, you see there is designed with FM (pretty much looks like it)

The major focus is that it has to be extremely user friendly and graphical. We currently work with a thing constructed in Access and like most microsh....... and that just does not do, whith the staff we have here.

Would appreciate your input.

i had a quick look and it seems comprehensive. however, my experience is everyone wants something that fits exactly to their way of working. perhaps we could work together on this in some way.
