I have a simple DB of kids names, ages and sport team - I want to create photo ID's for the kids and their teams...

I would like the player to sit infront of a web cam connected to my Mac - Open the kids record - frame the kids picture in the graphic field and hit a button to take the picture... then move on to the next kid.. I do not want to bulk import from a camera - just take the shot and move on...

I cannot see a way to do this - any suggestions or solutions?

You will have to look into a plugin. I blieve Troi used to have one. Other plugin companies should have one as well.
