Must restart server twice for FMS10A to auto-start

Yay, here's another one:

OS X 10.4.11, FMS10A (nothing else)

We're finding that it requires two restarts of our FMS10A box to get FMSA to auto-start. On the first reboot, it isn't running. On the second, it is.

Anyone else seen this?

Here's appropriate /var/log/system.log lines from the first reboot:

Mar 3 09:36:55 localhost launchd: com.filemaker.fms: getgrnam("fmsadmin") failed

Mar 3 09:36:55 localhost launchd: com.filemaker.fms: exited with exit code: 1

Mar 3 09:36:55 localhost launchd: com.filemaker.fms: 9 more failures without living at least 60 seconds will cause job removal
