Hi There I'm in need of a copy of Filemaker Pro 6 to link in with my 2 current copies to help complete a customer database.

Anyone out there willing to sell there's on or willing to get rid of there (now redundant) copy?

I'm in need of the installation CD and license as well.

Regards

Robert Summers

Hi Robert, and welcome to the forum.

You have to get FileMaker's approval on the license transfer before doing it. Most of these older versions were used to upgrade to the next version, and therefore do not qualify for a transfer of ownership.

For more information, contact FileMaker Inc.

Hi Lee Smith

My first port of call was the UK filemaker offices and they said the only way i would be able to get a copy be from one of the file maker forms.

They mentioned that i would need to ask for a license and a installation CD but i knew it might take a wile because people may have upgraded there Filemaker 6.

Thanks for the help, can you see any other way i might be able to get hold of another Filemaker 6?

Thanks for keeping an eye out for me!

If i had more time at work I would learn a bit more about how i could improve my invoicing system here and my new customer database seeing as i'm still quite new to the program (more use to excell etc.).
