I hope this is the right location for this question. I am a subscriber to the ISO Filemaker magazine. There is a technique I want to use in my current db (PDF populating). The question I have is how do I incorporate this solution to my current db? I know I can import the tables, but do I manually have to re-create the relationships? What about layouts? Same thing (I have FM Pro 11 Advanced).

Sorry for the newb'ish question, but I've never tried to import another solution... I've written it all on my own in the past.

Yes, you'll have to re-create the functional parts of the technique into your solution.

Whether that means creating tables and layouts depends on what the technique does: it might just require copying scripts and adapting them.
