Thanks for your kind reply. My elder brother has shop where he sell computer and other hardware devices. He is looking for software to run his business. I remember I saw something similar type of Filemaker software before on a website, but at this moment I am not remembering.

Their is a computer admin pro   you can look at, I'm not sure if it will do what you want.. I think it is at http://www.chickengirl.com

I don't think this will run his business,

I know a friend of mine is making a new package designed to run an entire business but it is a month or 2 away from completion.

their should be a bunch of solutions that can do what you want.     chickengirl also offers an invoicing software but I have not played with it, they have demos you can try.
