I've never seen anything like this, but as I was troubleshoot an unrelated issue, I happened upon a table of records that contained the following errors. (See attachment)

 

I've already run a verification check on the file and is passed, so I'm at a loss as to what would cause this.  Should I be concerned?

Have you tried saving a compacted copy?  Or doing something that would rebuild the indexes?  That might make the apparently-corrupted data go away.  Now...WHY did it get that way in the first place?  That could be a trickier question.
