File with External data sources no longer connect when moved to FilemakerServer 13

I have a solution that has been working great in testing.  Went to move it to the FMS Server (WinServer2012R2) and none of the external data sources are available.

 

Confirmed that the ODBC 32-bit System DSNs are the same on development machine vs. Server but still no love.

 

Anyone have some hints where I went wrong?

You need 64-bit ODBC system DSNs on the server.  Name them exactly like the 32-bit ones and FM will pick them up automatically.

I'm having the exact same problem only with FMP Server 11.  Same solution?  I thought I was supposed to be using 32-bit drivers with FMP 11.

FMS11 is 32-bit so that is a different issue.  Is this for using ESS on the server, are the DSNs named exactly the same and in the server's System DSN tab?
