Hello Guys

I have over 20 client that require FM17 client to be installed on windows computer. I was wondering if there is a way i can remotely install FM17 on the clients machine .

Sure.  Many bigger companies do.  With the use of Microsoft SCCM or similar tools.  FM has a "network installation guide" (google it) that is meant to be used for installations like this.
