Is there a 360Works plugin that will read the tags/placeholders/fields in the header of this document?

I've tried using MBS, but I can't find any of its functions that will read/substitute the placeholders in the header. I'm now looking at using Scribe, ScriptMaster or something else. Can anyone help?
