How do I automaticly capitalize the first letter and only the first letter of a field automaticly?

Create an auto-enter calculation of Upper(Left( thisfield, 1 )) & Lower(Right( thisfield, Length(thisfield) - 1 )) and deselect the 'Do not replace existing values' checkbox.

lets say the field is mercedes benz can it Cap the M and B automaticly?
