Hi there all, I want to open a new window set to say 350 x 350 and center it. I used the new window step and put in the numbers, but what happens filemaker adjusts all the windows to the 350 x 350. What is an easy way to overcome this ?

This should really only be a problem if one of your windows is maximized when you run the "new window" script step. When you do that the maximized window(s) are restored to whatever size (and position) it was before it was maximized. Not a FileMaker problem...this one is good ole Microsoft Windows issue.

Somewhat of a workaround is to not maximize your windows but manually resize them so they are about a big as a maximized window. Then when you run the "new window" script your windows should not resize.
