Hello,

I develop database applications using FoxBASE+/mac 2.0.1. This is a very very old database system that is nearing the end of the road (even though it works in Classic.)

In looking for other solutions I am also considering FMP.

Can you point me in a direction or give me your comments on this issue. Does anybody have experience in porting FoxBASE to FMP? Where should I even begin?

Well,

I think that you will find that you'll be starting from scratch and developing the solution from the ground up. You data can be exported from FoxBase as text delimited and then later imported into Filemaker, but you'll have to build all the tables and functionality first.
