I have a network of multiple users with a database using lots of esoteric words. Spelling is important and Fm has to learn all the terminology for spelling to go smoothly. Does every copy of FM on every client have to learn all the terms or can the Host computer host the dictionary? The latter would speed up the learning process for FM and accelerate data entry for the users.

AFAIK, you cannot share the dictionary file.
