Check set boxes & Summary Fields

Hi Guys, I'm trying to create a summary layout report with the attached file. The layout summary is on Layout#3. Want I would like to do is have the summary field count a total of all the yes checks and a total of all the no checks. Can I Do This, with a Check Set Field Please help, The Newbe

I tried this and it only gave me a total of the total records in the field. I couldn't figure out how to get it to count all the yes and all the no checks in the field.
