A trailing grand summary part will only appear in preview mode or when printed. Try using a Footer part instead.

I have a layout that (in list view) shows all the records created within a certain time period. I have used a trailing grand summary part to put my calculation fields that total the costs for each record. But nothing appears in them. Have I used the right kind of layout part?
