I use form letters with the client's name, dob, county etc to send out to families and referring agencies

I'd like to have them in a layout so I can "pull" in the info

I tried copy>paste but the formatting got all svrewy

When I copy/paste a ms word doc into a layout, the text comes in too large

What is the best way to scale it down

If you don't need the formatting that was used in the document, you can past it in With Style (Ctrl+Shift+V). For more detail on how to do this, consult your manual or Online Help.
